Privacy notice

GetPaid stores a validated request amount, currency, purpose category, internal receiving-account code, and an optional public Wise Business payment link in a bounded server store. Each request gets a random public URL and expires automatically after 7 days.

Anyone with the GetPaid URL can read those request details and, when supplied, open the public Wise link. Do not enter a name, bank detail, email address, phone number, credential, confidential work description, or private provider URL.

The creator's current browser session stores a random removal token separately from the public request. The server stores only a one-way hash of that token. GetPaid does not create a user account, collect an email address, run product analytics, or use advertising trackers.

The editor keeps the original and reviewed wording only in page memory. GetPaid does not upload that wording or put it in a URL or browser storage. Reloading clears it. The optional request form has the separate public-data boundary described above.

With your explicit consent, one fixed 24-hour run accepts up to 100 request-backed contributions. A public row contains only its sequence number and two participant-supplied phrase counts. The server checks an owned request using a short-lived encrypted proof; the proof is not retained in the campaign store or browser storage.

Individual rows and one-way removal-code hashes are retained until 30 days after closing unless withdrawn sooner. Request-scoped dedupe digests expire 24 hours after closing. A bounded aggregate summary remains after individual rows are removed. Counts are not unique people, payments or proof of improved wording.

One private recovery and removal code can be saved separately in this browser's localStorage. Keep a private copy. The campaign does not add accounts, email recovery, product analytics, identity or IP/user-agent records. Anyone with the private code can check and withdraw its row.

For a request with a Wise route, GetPaid adds the displayed amount and currency to the Wise URL and opens wise.com in a new tab. Wise then receives the URL parameters and the normal technical information involved in visiting its service. Wise's own terms and privacy notice apply there. GetPaid does not receive payment credentials or payment confirmation.

The separate operator tools use official platform APIs for GetPaid-owned profiles. Authorized tokens stay in a local ignored environment. Reviews may process public activity and aggregate insights temporarily, but do not retain third-party message bodies, direct messages, emails, or profile records in the product request store.
